I had always colored my hair brown as it'd my natural color. Than Sonia from Alternative suggested to try ginger endings and it was very beautiful) But n 3 month I came again and this time Justyna was assigned to me. I wanted to try some ginger color on all hair. I warned that my hair grew a bit and it has its natural color near head. But she said its ok. And colored my hair. When I saw what she has done to my hair I just started crying. Hair near head was red, the rest of hair was brown and ginger endings. I've never seen anything more awful than that! She suggested to color hair near head once again to make it darker. But it didn't help much. And she did it so improfessinal - she just colored it in front, but didn't colored it properly from the back side. And during the whole visit she pulled hair during coloring, washing and drying. I felt her nails when she washed my hair. That was the worst visit ever! And I had to pay for this awful service, haircolor and her mistake 312 zl!!! That absolutely doesn't worse it! Will never go there again! If you ever go there better go to Sonia. She is very nice and have good taste in what is good for you. And Justyna deserves only to be fired!
