Hi, All! It is my pleasure to recomend the Odrzywolska & Wójcik Nieruchomości agency and especially Joanna Wójcik as the best Agent in Tricity I've met during my stay in Gdans and Gdynia. If you are looking for ideal home for you or your family with respect to your unique setuation, I belive the Team of the company is the best choice. And I have the list of serious reasons for thet:
- I've spent my time only for Inspecting Appartments which strictly corresponded to requirements provided;
- I've been provided with the best proposals with respect to restrictions in the market and my personal time and budget restrictions;
- I've received a lot of usefull advices from the agent (Joanna Wójcik), lawyer and other team members. It is realy important for foreigner like me :);
- I was provided not only with the services directly related to real estate, but received support in another directions - contracts arrangement for Internet, TV, Electricity etc.
- The agent is a master with the contract negotiations :)
- Agent speks English and Russian fluently (which is not a standard in Tricity :) )
