Horrible Service, misdelivered and makes fool of customer
OK, I need 2000 kcal and no Fish and Seafood.
Called them and they confirmed that this is no problem. We even ensured it is in the order confirmation.

Called them and they confirmed that this is no problem. We even ensured it is in the order confirmation.
What happened: First day 2! meals with fish. The second day again fish. The boxes go straight to the garbage and I have to search for food somewhere else. A real pain when you work a lot...which is why I order from catering firms.
A clarification call was ignored. Then I was told that it's my own fault because I put the info into the wrong field in the order. Then the service lady lectured me that such an order without fish is actually not possible! Excuse me, this is why I called and got it confirmed before the order was placed. They refused to pay back the money, only for one day.
Last time I ordered with this rude company. They can't even deliver what they confirm in writing and have the guts to blame you. This personnel should be fired with immediate effect.
Food was ok, I would have continued eating it if I would have gotten what they confirmed.
