Poczytałam z ciekawości bo nie słyszałam o tym wcześniej. Ale opis (jw) mnie nie przekonuje. To po prostu nasz kalendarzyk, obserwacja cyklu. Kluczowe jest to zdanie: "In the CrMS, fertility is observed as a part of health, not disease"

Jednak problemy z płodnością to o wiele więcej, szumna amerykańska nazwa na określenie czegoś znanego i stosowanego od x lat nie poprawia skuteczności metody. Ale jeśli komuś ten sposób pomógł bardziej niż leczenie "standardowe" w Gamecie - super.

Mi jednak przypomina to sposób działania podobny jak leków homeopatycznych - trzeba wierzyć w skuteczność.
