this is very comfortable train, with places for bikes, with acceptable price of a ticket:) you can get this train almost everyday, i don't know which competition are you going to participate-do you want to start by bike, on foot or both?
you can arrive day or two before the start of the race and find a cheap room for a night in Bozepole Wielkie. you can send an email to organizers and ask about that.
you may also find cheaper trains on the site: www.rozklad.pkp.pl

greetings from poland, be prepared for hard conditions:) i have taken a part in the race in Bozepole Wielkie last week and there have been a lot of snow. i hope that conditions in forests during the harpagan race will be much better:)

there are two ways:
- to register & pay before 7.04 (cheaper)
- register & pay after 7.04 or just before start

Perhaps Organizers make an exception for you and allow to register right now, and pay just before start at the cheaper fee? Ask them - harpagan@harpagan.pl .

I participated in AR events in Ukraine. As I know, we haven’t any adventure race in Carpathian region.
Steger-Galychyna (near the L’viv) was a first adventure race on West Ukraine. It ran during last weekends (1-2 of April).
But I hear with half of ear, that Loap-Race (one of oldest :) ukr. race) is going to migrate to Carpaty. But I don’t have precise information about it. By the way organizer of Loap Race participated in this year Bergson. If I would to know something about race in Gorgany, I’ll let you know.

yes, i'm talking probably about that loap race! i have spoken with that guy (i have been also on bergson winter chalenge) and he have invented us to ukraine to take a part in that race. as i remember it will be in wyzniovce. i would like to take a part in that race, it would be for me and my partner new exciting expierience:) he gave me an email adress (full-no more mails:) and website adress (www.travel-extreme.com.ua as i remember) but my dad who speaks russian can't find there any info about the race.

I searched in my memory and didn’t remember such place as Wyzniovce in Gorgany. I’ll looking for it in maps. I walked through Gorgany. It’s my favorite place in Carpaty. But Gorgany is a very wild place (i mean low populated, with low tourist infrastructure (Thanks for God!)), so I afraid that idea to conduct AR for us in Gorgany is rather dream, than reality. But anyway I’ll try to gather every information about this potential event.
I read that previous year in Gorgany ran such event as “Stezhkamy Heroiv” (“Paths of Heros”). It was something like long termed tourist orienteering (distance is about 200 km. for 3 days). But I didn’t find any info about this year event. :((

I know, that the base of this race will be located in Wyznica (near Kuty), in the Czerniowce-region, on the White-Czeremosz valley. It's about 40km on the north-east from Werchowyna.
