Right...all right if I knew that in Poland flats at the last floor can be open ad the rainy and snow. I didn't really take care about protection over balcony. I saw in the photos some glass protection and I thought: Wow, nice. It's ok.
Anyway, If you live in downstairs, I think you should to be in worry about infiltration, more if all at the open.
