amazing service!!! It really has been a fantastic experience designing the engagement ring of her dreams for my now fiancé, here at Szews. Being an expert gemologist, Ms. Agnieszka was not only super knowledgable, but also super professional in guiding me throughout the whole process. After an initial discussion and agreeing on an initial budget, she presented me with different designs at different price points. Patiently going through the pros and cons of the different options, we developed a common direction and went from there. First, Ms. Agnieszka found the ideal diamond and then we designed the ring around it. After some forth and back, the final result truly surpassed my expectations and gave me the extra confidence to ask for my fiancé's hand. While I can't imagine finding a better engagement ring elsewhere, most importantly my fiancé said yes and she truly LOVES it as well!! We can't wait to come back for our wedding bands :)
