Yesterday I visited this salon with my teenage son and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. My son came in with fairly long hair and we clearly explained that we only wanted it tidied up keeping his longer diagonal fringe while cleaning the sides and back.

Instead, the fringe was cut straight across against our instructions. We immediately pointed this out, but the attempt to fix it only made it shorter and worse.

After leaving, we noticed even more problems with the haircut, so we returned for corrections. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse. My son, who originally had long hair, left with a very short haircut and the back shaved with clippers. Another stylist eventually had to step in.

We were told that if we were unhappy, they could refund the haircut and we could go elsewhere.

Longer mens hairstyles require skill and experience. If someone is not confident doing this type of cut, it would be more professional to admit it rather than leave a client devastated by the result.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon.
